SR Trident’s industrial construction business thrives on our performance starting with safety all the way through to our client’s satisfaction. Co-Owner / CEO

Ryan Berthold

As co-founder, co-owner, and CEO of Trident, Ryan Berthold has helped shape the company’s vision and values since its founding in 2012. His leadership is rooted in teamwork, integrity, and a deep respect for people — the same principles that have guided him throughout his life.

Ryan believes that true success in business comes from service — to clients, to team members, and to family. While his role as CEO focuses on long-term strategy and growth, he remains closely connected to day-to-day operations and the people who make the work happen. He leads by example, never asking anyone to do something he wouldn’t do himself.

Before entering the private sector, Ryan served seven years as a U.S. Navy SEAL, an experience that strengthened his appreciation for discipline, accountability, and trust — qualities that continue to shape his leadership today.

More important to Ryan than any title or achievement is his faith in God and his love for his wife, Rachel, and their two children. His purpose is guided by faith, family, and the belief that integrity and humility are the foundation of lasting success.

A graduate of Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi with a degree in business, Ryan continues to bring both practical insight and personal conviction to every aspect of Trident’s mission.

Steven Snyder

Steven Snyder is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Owner of SR Trident, Inc., a leading provider of marine construction and industrial services headquartered in Corpus Christi, Texas. With more than 28 years of experience spanning finance, operations, and executive leadership, Steven plays a central role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth.

As CFO, Steven oversees financial planning, capital strategy, and risk management, ensuring SR Trident maintains a strong financial foundation while supporting complex, large-scale infrastructure projects. His approach blends disciplined financial stewardship with a practical understanding of field operations, enabling the company to grow responsibly while delivering consistent value to clients and partners.

Steven earned both his Bachelor of Science (1999) and Master of Science (2003) from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in building high-performing teams and guiding projects that reflect SR Trident’s core values of safety, integrity, and service.

Guided by a long-term mindset and his faith in God, Steven focuses on sustainable growth and responsible leadership, with a people-first approach grounded in safety, integrity, and accountability. He is committed to leaving SR Trident stronger for the next generation of employees, clients, and partners.
